Order Processing

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Same-Day Shipping

Eligibility:
Same-day shipping is available for in-stock products.

Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, will ship the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM EST:
• Orders will be available for same-day local pick-up at our location.
• Otherwise, orders will ship on the next business day.


Store Pick-Up

We offer free local pick-up at our warehouse:
395 Anchor Road, Unit 9, Hamilton, ON, L8W 0C7

Pick-Up Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.

Statutory Holidays:
Please note we are closed on all statutory holidays.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up.


Domestic Shipping

We offer reliable domestic shipping across Canada.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

Shipping Timelines
Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.

Standard Shipping:
2 to 7 business days

Expedited Shipping:
1 to 3 business days

Orders are shipped using Canada Post or UPS.

You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
